An Autobiography: Sr. Anna Ali of the Most Holy Eucharist

(This is the autobiography that Sr. Anna Ali wrote a month before she passed away in preparation for the Silver Jubilee since she started shedding tears of Blood. It was instead distributed as part of her funeral programme on 16th June 2012.)

Early Life

I was born on 29th December 1966 at Kipkelion in Kericho District. I am the first-born child of my parents, Mr. Ali Abdulrahmani and Mrs. Prisca Nyambura. I have two brothers, Abdulrahmani – a Muslim (now also known as Emmanuel, he has since converted to the Catholic faith) and Antony Njoroge Amusi, a Catholic. I also have two sisters, Caroline Asha and Mariamu Wairimu, both Catholics.

I was originally named Hadija by my late father who was a Muslim
but who allowed my mother to practice her Catholic faith. My
mother used to take us to the Catholic Church at Kipkelion where
we took catechism classes. I was baptised on 15th April 1979 at
Kipkelion Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil of the same year,
and I also received my First Holy Communion. I felt great inner
joy and peace in my heart, which I had never felt before. From that
day on I began dreaming of becoming a Reverend Sister. My secret
desire of serving God had begun.

I was confirmed by Bishop Raphael Ndingi at Kipkelion Catholic
Church. During my confirmation, I took the name Scholastica.

Education

I went to Kipkelion Primary School and Koru Girls Secondary
School, which was run by the Catholic Sisters of Mercy. I had
secondary education up to Form 4 and passed my examination.

Illness

In my youth I was sick for about seven years. I used to bleed from
my fingers and toes. My mother took me to many different hospitals
but I was not cured.

However, I heard of a big healing crusade in Nairobi, which was
being led by a Catholic Church bishop. I had travelled to many such
crusades before but without success.

So this time also in 1983, my mother gave me permission and money
to go to Nairobi. When I reached the church in Nairobi where the
healing session was to take place, it was announced that the healing
prayer session would be the next morning. I was happy that I was
in time for the prayers. I decided to join the choir that was singing
that day. When it was announced that those who needed to be healed
move forward, the prayers started. At my turn, as the bishop was
praying for me, I fell down on the floor and was carried out to a safe
place unconscious. When I came to myself, I found that I was not
bleeding from my fingers and toes anymore. I had been healed.

My Religious Life

I entered the convent in 1986 in the Pious Union of Jesus the Good
Shepherd Congregation. I made my first religious profession in the
Chapel of Visitation Sisters of Mother Claudia Russo in Rome on
7th September 1991. I was among the first sisters from Africa to be
received into the union.

But while my fingers and toes no longer bled, my right hand became
weak (almost paralyzed) in late 1990 to such an extent that I was
unable to take down messages that Jesus dictated. The problem
was further worsened when I was in Perugia from July – August
1991 together with my religious sisters to attend an Italian language
course. At the place where we were accommodated, I fell down and
dislocated my right elbow.

My Specific Mission – Sr. Anna Ali of the Most Holy
Eucharist

As each recognized visionary within the Catholic Church has a
particular message for the particular time, for me it is in the Divine
Appeals that come from the Divine Master Himself.

At the beginning of the apparitions on 16th April 1987, the Lord
told me, “Be a servant of Love, don’t hide My glory. Pray for the
scandals of the world. Glorify My name every day. Don’t be afraid
to say My name. The devil will come to trouble you. I want your life
to be a prayer for the Church and poor sinners; for the many who are
suffering as I was suffering, for Me.” This message was recorded by
Sister Regina Mwamba while I (Sr. Anna) was speaking in a trance.

On 24th April 1988, the Lord said this to me, “I want you along My
painful path for the good of souls. I will make your desire increase
to the point where you will always long to leave the world in order
to be with Me forever. I want you to be able to recognize Me even
in your greatest suffering. This is your work on earth; to make Me
realized in the Sacrament of My Love. I will always draw you into
this solitude that you may listen to Me and bring Me souls in your
prayers. I use you to show that I love every littleness and absolute
nothingness! I want to forgive. I want the world to know through My
chosen ones that My heart is overflowing with love and mercy and I
am waiting for sinners”.

Why Did Jesus Allow Himself to be Photographed?

The answer to this question that many ask is given by the Lord
Himself:

“Listen to me. I am above this earth. I allow Myself to be seen after
many warnings.”

3rd April 1988, 12.00 a.m. (cf 11th December 1987).

“I make Myself visible in order to bring back souls.”

10th April 1988.

“I love mankind and I make myself visible in order to give My
warning of mercy.”

12th April 1988.

“Many do not listen to Me because they do not believe in My reality.”

23rd April 1988.

Many too do not believe in a historical Jesus of Nazareth and have
no faith in His Loving care.

The hidden God who once came in the flesh (Jn.1:14; Gal.4:4) and
walked on the streets of Palestine has made Himself visible once
again so that those who doubt His reality will no longer doubt but
believe that He is the Living One (Rev.1:18). He cares. He loves and
saves countless times. He said to me Sr. Anna Ali, “I do not want
anyone to perish.”

My Effusion of Tears of Blood

I start my night vigil of prayers at 10p.m. every day. From midnight
of Wednesday until the early hours of Thursday, I shed tears of
blood. This phenomenon of effusion of tears of blood started on the
Feast of Corpus Christi 1988, after I had seen the apparition of Jesus
in tears of blood. Our Lord said to me, “My daughter, speak when
you are amid tears, pray and make others pray, sacrifice and atone.
In this way, God’s anger will be appeased.”

I only shed tears of blood from midnight of every Wednesday and
during the whole of Thursday, but occasionally I experience bloody
sweats on my back and effusion of blood from the pores of my
skin especially on the face and forehead. During these two days –
Wednesday and Thursday – I am tired and weak since I do not eat at
all. I only receive Holy Communion.

At the beginning of the apparitions, as I reported to my superiors
what I was experiencing in my room, many questions were asked
and one of them was that I ask Jesus when He next comes whether
I can take photographs of Him. Jesus agreed and my superiors then
gave me a camera to take His photographs.

Whenever He came, He came with His own powerful light and the
room was filled with sweet fragrance, which remained in the room for
a long time. The cameras which were used to take the picture of The
Adorable Jesus and the one used during the photographing of Jesus
in tears have never taken another picture since the cameras refused
to operate and therefore have been stored for the remembrance of
the Lord.

In August 1987 in the Parlour at Porta Angelica in Rome, when our
Lord appeared to me, I took a photograph of him and He dictated
this prayer to me for use by mankind.

Prayer to the Adorable Jesus

Oh Jesus, most humble, adorable, present in the Blessed Sacrament
of your Divine Love. Here on your concealed Sacred throne, I
prostrate my soul and whole self before you. Out of my nothingness
and sins, I implore you to accept my poor prayers, acts of reparation
and adoration to quench your thirst for souls and obtain full pardon
for the many profanations, ungratefulness and outrages which you
receive each and every moment from the countless number of us
miserable sinners.

It was your everlasting mercy towards mankind that moved you so
deeply to the point of veiling yourself to remain in Love on our
altars and Tabernacles all over the earth.

Oh Jesus, by your Soul, Body and Divinity, present in the most Holy
Eucharist, accept the tears of my soul that these very precious souls
to you (mention here the names of those you wish to pray for) may
not lose their Eternity forever.

The everlasting ages belong to You. So we entrust our total selves in
Your loving care and gaze, now in life and death.

Amen.

Visions

a) First I saw a series of visions of Blessed Hosts in the apartment
of Porta Angelica, Rome. On each occasion, a miraculous Host
appeared suspended in the air parallel to a wall of the room (see
Photos 2.9, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12 on pages 29 and 30 of the Divine
Appeal, Volume I, 5th Edition)

b) The second apparition of Jesus remains the most remarkable for
its unique and stupendous nature. The Adorable Jesus – August
1987. The apparition of the Adorable Jesus was taken in the parlour
at Porta Angelica, Rome.

c) The apparition of Jesus in tears of blood (on the cover page of
this Volume) was taken in my room at Porta Angelica, Rome on the
Feast of Corpus Christi, 1988.

d) Each time I shed tears of blood in the early apparitions, the blood
formed crosses on my clothes (see Photos 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 on
pages 25 and 26 of the Divine Appeal, Volume I, 5th Edition.)

e) Throughout the messages, the Lord talks about His “broken
heart” and attributes the cause of His tears of blood to sacrilegious
communion and the irreverent handling of the Holy Eucharist
practised all over the world. The early Christians were warned about
the consequences of this abuse of the Sacred Eucharist (1 Cor.11:28-
32 and St. Catherine of Siena Dialogue).

“Souls that refuse to accept suffering are not worthy in My Kingdom.
Revere Thursdays for reparation to My Eucharistic Presence”
(Divine Appeal Vol. 1– 4th July 1991).

The Substance of the Divine Appeals

My opinion is that the substance of the entire revelations revolves
around the following:

1. That consecrated souls should no longer offend the Lord. He
is terribly hurt by them. They should be humble and repent
their sin. “Both hatred and emptiness have fettered them to evil.
They do not think of how much pain they cause me.” I am very
sad: Divine Appeal 110– 5th April 1988 and many others in
1987.

2. Freemasons and their apostate priest – collaborators who are
committing the sins of sacrilege against the Eucharist should
repent now. This applies to all those who steal the Eucharist for
diabolic purposes such as for black Masses. Like Judas, they
sell me. Whoever frees himself from this affair will have My
forgiveness. Divine Appeal 19 – 12th October 1987; and Divine
Appeal 51 – 11th December 1987.

3. “So many from their childhood years are heading towards
perdition through the fault of their parents.” Divine Appeal 45
– 3rd December 1987.

4. There is warning – the entire New Testament echoes this hard
truth: “Time will reap what it sows; the Lord’s Divine Mercy
will be followed by Divine Justice.”. Divine Appeal 103 – 29th
March 1988.

5. “Like a beggar, I ask for reparation and consolation.” Divine
Appeal 131 – 23rd April 1988. Reward awaits those who visit
the Blessed Sacrament reposed in the churches. “As I am
exposed, I will pour infinite Mercy in the hearts of many souls.”
Divine Appeal 123 – 15th April 1988.

6. I do not want anyone to perish. The Eternal Father has waited
for the repentance of the masses. I love mankind. I wish to pour
My Mercy into human hearts. Blessed are the repentant, for I am
Love, Peace and Joy. What a joy for me to see souls returning.
“My joy is to forgive.” Divine Appeal 117 – 11th April 1988.

7. “Satan has darkened the spirits which have already been turbid.
Evil turns against itself like a horrible serpentine monster that
unconsciously coils around souls. What a pain, my warnings
are not heeded!” And the perverse world is like a persecuting
dragon. Divine Appeal 105 – 31st March 1988. Well then,
“everyone prepare yourselves, both good and bad, adult and
children, priest and nuns, all humanity. I love them and grant
them time.” Divine Appeal 34 – 29th October 1987 and.

8. The Eucharist (“the Sacrament of My Love”) remains the
human person’s infinite treasure. It should not be toyed with.
For the sins against the Eucharist, Jesus wants souls to calm the
wrath of the Eternal Father. Like a beggar, He ask for prayers
of atonement. He suffers the pain of seeing souls falling into
perdition. Divine Appeal 131 – 23rd April 1988; and Divine
Appeal 132 – 24th April 1988.

Final Vows and Death

(Evidently, this section was not part of Sr. Anna Ali’s original ‘Silver
Jubilee’ programme, and has been added to briefly complete her
story.)

Sr. Anna Ali of the Most Holy Eucharist described that whenever
Jesus came, He came with His own powerful light and the room was
filled with a sweet fragrance which remained in the room for a long
time.

She left the Pious Union of Jesus the Good Shepherd in 1996 and
became a hermit living under the care and spiritual guidance of Rev.
Bishop Cornelius arap Korir of the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret.
Sr. Anna Ali took private final vows with Rev. Bishop Cornelius
arap Korir and took on the title of Sr. Anna Ali of the Most Holy
Eucharist as instructed by Jesus in the Divine Appeal message of
15th October 1998. For 25 years till her death, Sr. Anna Ali shed
tears of blood every Thursday from midnight of every Wednesday
to the whole of Thursday. This phenomenon started after her vision
of Jesus in tears of blood.

Sr. Anna Ali of the Most Holy Eucharist was born to eternal life on
6th June 2012. Her body was laid to rest on 16th June 2012 at St.
Patrick’s Catholic Parish, Burnt Forest, in the Catholic Diocese of
Eldoret.
